    Turn on Gravity Series grill to 350˚F.

    Grill poblano, tomatoes, onion, and jalapeno until you have a nice char on the outside and they are soft

  3. Ingredients

    • 1 Poblano Pepper
    • 1 Vine Ripe Tomatoes (cut in half)
    • 1 Jalapeño
    • 1/2 Red Onion (cut into quarter)

    Remove skin and seeds from the poblano, remove the stem from the jalapeño.

    Place poblano, onions, jalapeno, tomatoes, lime juice, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Add Zing Zang bloody mary mix. Pour into storage container and let marinate at least 3 hours before serving

    To serve each drink, fill high ball glass with ice. Add 1.5 oz. of vodka and 4 oz. Bloody mary mix (Recipe included)

    • 1.5 ounces Tito's Vodka
    • 4 ounces Bloody Mary Mix

    Garnish with celery stock and pickled green bean.
