Instructions

    Preheat Gravity Series to 350F.

    Place veggies in 12” cast iron skillet, drizzle with avocado oil and season using rub of choice.

    Spatchcock chicken by removing backbone and snapping breastbone, season using rub of choice and place on top of veggies in the skillet.

    Place on grill for approximately 2 hours.

    Remove when internal temperature reaches 165F, serve and enjoy!
