Be the talk of neighborhood by cooking the perfect reverse seared Tri-tip. Seasoned perfectly with a little bit of a kick you will want to share this with all your friends!

Instructions

    Love up the Tri-tip with a hearty amount of Fireshire or W Sauce

    Ingredients

    • 2 tablespoons Bear and Burton Fireshire Sauce

    Hit all sides with Big Unc and Kendricks All Purpose Rub. (Yeah two All Purpose Rubs I said it)

    • 1 tablespoon Big Unc All Purpose Rub
    • 1 tablespoon Kendrick BBQ All Purpose Rub

    Place in your smoker at 250* and make sure you use Jealous Devil Wood Block on your coals to get extra flavor

    Remove meat when comes to internal temp of 105* then bump up the heat and sear on all sides until reaching an internal temp of 125*. Remove and let rest until it comes up to the perfect medium rare.
